Do I need to worry about exposing sensitive information?

Your Business data is your business. Yieldr enables you to take control over your business by placing all relevant information at your fingertips. We take great care in ensuring your strategic data benefits you and only you. This means all your data is sandboxed and completely fenced off from any third parties.

What happens to user data?

We take user privacy seriously. Yieldr is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To learn more, visit our privacy page.

Plans & Features

What happens during my trial?

When you sign up for you trial you'll have access to all advanced features. At any point in your trial, you can subscribe to a plan from within your account without being charged until your trial ends.

What happens when my trial ends?

At the end of your trial, your data and setup remains securely stored. You can login and select a plan to purchase at any time. You won't be able to access the rest of the platform until you choose a subscription.

Can I start a free trial on Basic?

All of our trials are carried out on our Advanced Plan in order to give you the best opportunity to decide which solution(s) are right for you. At the conclusion of your trial, you can downgrade to our Basic Plan.


How do you calculate my monthly cost?

Your monthly cost is based on the number of unique users you track via Yieldr. This will fluctuate each month based on your user activity.

Do I have to pay annually?

We give you the flexibility to select a payment plan which is convenient for you. You can either pay your yearly subscription in one lump sum or monthly. You can of course upgrade at any time!

How do I pay for Yieldr?

All transactions are processed securely via wire transfers. We currently support invoicing in three currencies: Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP) and U.S. Dollars (USD).

You will be invoiced at the end of the month in the currency of your choosing based on the average exchange rate of that month.
